How to get the best result
Fluorescent paint works best when it has a "mirror" to reflect off of. For the most intense effect:
Paint your shape or highlight area first with LP-100 White.
Once dry, apply your Fluor color of choice over the white.
Watch the color "glow" with much more intensity than if applied directly to a dark wall!
