Usage & Application Guide
To ensure the strongest possible bond, follow these professional steps:
Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease. For best results, do not store or use the can in temperatures below 10°C.
Shake Well: Always shake the can thoroughly before use.
Spray: Maintain an optimal distance of 20–30 cm from the object.
Evaporation Time: After spraying, wait 3 to 10 minutes (depending on temperature and surface porosity) to let the solvent evaporate before joining the parts.
Bonding: Press the surfaces together firmly. Final bond strength is reached after 24 hours.
Porous Surfaces: For uneven or highly absorbent materials, apply a thin "primer" layer of glue first. Let it dry for 5 minutes, then apply a second layer and follow the standard bonding process.
Important Notes
Test First: Always perform a test spray on a small, inconspicuous area before starting your main project.
Limitations: This adhesive is not suitable for use with artificial leather or other materials containing plasticizers (such as plasticized PVC).
